Hydraulic units for butt welding machines

The ROWELD® hydraulic aggregate is available in a basic ECO and Professional version. The premium aggregate is divided into Premium, Premium PLUS and Premium CNC capacities.

Basic version of hydraulic aggregate for butt welding machines Ø 160 - 315 mm

Particularly suitable for use outside of the pressure pipe line construction, with continuously adjustable working pressure and constant welding pressure during the welding cycles.

SDR 41 - 11
For use on building sites, in pipe trenches, on pipe bridges and in the workshop.
For the welding of pipes and fittings within the median pressure range (SDR 41 - 11) made of PE and PP.
The ROWELD® basic unit Eco is especially recommended for welding pipes with a medium wall thickness. The use of the ROWELD® hydraulic systems model CNC is not possible.

SDR 41 - 7,4
For use on building sites, in pipe trenches, on pipe bridges and in the workshop. For welding of pipes and fittings in all pressure ranges (SDR 41 - 7.4) made of PE, PP and PVDF.
The ROWELD® plastic pipe welding machines are especially recommended for the welding of thick walled pipes.

The welding parameters according to DVS, as well as other international standards and guidelines, can be recorded and stored quickly and precisely.

In addition to the logging box, integrate in the premium hydraulic control, for quick and precise storage and logging of the welding parameters according to DVS and other valid international guidelines and norms. Simple transfer of data through USB.

Electric-hydraulic control ROWELD® Premium, plus the logging system ROWELD® DATALINE 2.0, plus path sensor system, adds up to the ROWELD® Premium CNC control system – for precise control and compliance from welding parameters according to defined specifications.

Depending on the customer wish and the desired ROWELD® butt welding system – the ROWELD® Premium CNC control can be used in fully automatic units with automatic ejected heating plate as well as in semiautomatic units with manual heating plates removal – after an acoustic signal.

Additionally with CNC- control, integrated in the premium hydraulic control, with touch-screen panel for quick and precise storage and logging of the welding parameters according to DVS and other valid international guidelines and norms with automated welding cycles and method surveillance.
