The Portable Power Tube Bender for Stainless Steel Pipe

 A versatile, powerful tube-bending system for on-site work. The RoBend 4000 offers a wide selection of bending formers for different diameters of copper tubes, plastic-coated copper and coated steel tubing, aluminum and steel tubing, pneumatic and hydraulic tubing, precision steel pipes, gas, water and steam pipes, pipes of Mannesmann press fitting plumbing and heating systems. Universal applications for plumbing, heating, refrigeration, air conditioning and general industry. It will bend up to a 1" solid stock stainless steel rod.

The ROTHENBERGER ROBEND 4000 E bending machine is suitable for bending copper, stainless steel and carbon steel pipes in the dimensions 12-35 mm (1/2-1.3/8 inch) with a maximum bending radius of 180°. The brushless motor ensures a longer service life and less wear and tear on the machine. The tool-free pre-setting of the bending angle and the automatic switch-off when the desired bending angle is reached make the ROBEND 4000 E perfect for series production. Deformation- and crease-free bending is guaranteed by the patented ROLUB technology. 60 bends are possible with the 18 V battery. Faster and more precise work is guaranteed by the simple handling.

Using the ROBEND 4000 115V Corded Pipe Bender, installers in the plumbing, refrigeration and air conditioning sector can bend copper, stainless steel and carbon-steel as well as multi-layer composite pipes up to 180°.
